1.Firstly, you should make sure the dangerous material in the application site, and its covering area.
2.Secondly, make sure the explosion proof mode according to variety, class and temperature.
3.Gas explosion proof is completely different from dust explosion proof. Explosion proof for coal mine is completely different from standard explosion proof.
4.The installation and application of the explosion proof should be performed strictly complying with the construction criterion.
5. Safety barrier and other related equipments are needed when instinct safe equipments connected with equipments which are not instinct safe.

Explosion-proof Mode
There are 3 types of explosion-proof in YUBO Scale Company: Instinct safe, Explosion insulated, Multiplex explosion proof
1. Instinct safe
Measures of Instinct safe explosion proof are adopted for all parts of electronic scale. Instinct safe is suitable for vast majority of explosive environments.

2. Explosion insulated
Explosion proof box is adopted for some parts of electronic scale in order to anti-explosion by isolation, but other parts and interfaces which are out of box still need instinct safe process.

3. Multiplex explosion proof
Some parts of the electronic scale are placed in the danger zone, while the others are placed in safe area. Generally, the load cell, junction box and so on which are in danger zone should be instinct safe, then connect with common indicator through associated equipment in safe area. Because the operating is in safe area, so the configuration of this mode is very flexible.
